Services

What we install.

Access control, intercom, cameras, and structured cabling for NYC buildings and offices. One team, from the first site visit to the support call three years later.

Which one do you need?

Tenants sharing keys, or a lost master set.

Access control. One credential per person, revoked in seconds from your phone. Most buildings start here. Access control in NYC.

A buzzer that doesn't reach anyone.

Intercom. Video panel in the lobby, tenants answer from wherever they are, couriers get a one-time PIN. FDNY-compliant configurations for residential. Intercom systems.

Something happened and nobody can find the footage.

Cameras. 4K IP cameras, AI search by person or plate, recordings on hardware you own. Security cameras.

New floor, new office, or a network that drops every afternoon.

Structured cabling. CAT6 and fiber, certified and labeled. Usually the first thing in, and the thing everything else runs on. Structured cabling.

Not sure? Most jobs are two of these on one visit. We'll tell you which two, and which platform fits the building. See the platforms we install.

Before you call.

Licensed by NYC DCWP, #12000319237. Insured, and we send the COI before any work starts. Who we are.

Site surveys are free. A technician walks the building, and you get a written fixed-price proposal within 48 hours. No obligation. How estimates work.

Every install ends with admin training and documentation. When something needs adjusting in month three, you call the people who installed it. What the process looks like.

Quotes are fixed-price. The proposal lists every part, and any platform license in plain numbers, so the recurring cost shows up in the proposal and not on a renewal invoice two years later. Some systems carry no license at all. We tell you which one before you sign.

Not sure which service you need?
