WhoodenSecurity is a brand of WhoodenTech, LLC. WhoodenTech, LLC is the contracting entity for every service we provide, so our contract documents are published in one place, at www.whoodentech.com, and apply to WhoodenSecurity clients in full.
1.Contract Documents
Every engagement is governed by the Master Service Agreement. Each service is described in a Service Schedule, and the Service Order you sign identifies which Schedules apply.
- Master Service Agreement: the terms that govern all services provided by WhoodenTech, LLC.
- Service Schedules: the Access Control and CCTV Schedules, alongside the Schedules for our managed IT services.
- Archive: every prior version of the Master Service Agreement and each Service Schedule, as PDF.
