Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Licensed for low-voltage work in NYC and fully insured. We provide certificates of insurance before any project begins.
Do you work outside Manhattan?
Yes. We serve all five boroughs and parts of Long Island, Westchester, and northern New Jersey on larger projects.
How fast can you schedule a site visit?
Usually within a few business days. Faster for urgent buildouts or active issues.
Do you handle the permits?
When permits are required, yes. Most low-voltage work in NYC doesn't need a DOB permit, but some installs do. We evaluate during the site survey and file on your behalf if needed.
Do you offer maintenance after the install?
Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance plans for access control, cameras, and intercom systems. Optional, not required.
